Delete your anonymous account

City Delivery Wars uses an automatically created anonymous Firebase account for its optional community leaderboard. It has no password, email address or social login.

Delete inside the app

1. Open City Delivery Wars and enter the lobby.
2. Open Privacy & Data.
3. Choose Delete cloud data & anonymous account.
4. Read the warning and confirm deletion a second time.

This removes the Firebase anonymous authentication account, its private/public random courier profile, and every current or legacy city leaderboard entry owned by that profile. It does not delete app files stored only on your phone. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove local settings and progress.

If you cannot access the app

Email tkrdmsdl@gmail.com with the subject “City Delivery Wars account deletion”. Include the public courier ID shown in the in-app Privacy & Data screen, your platform and the approximate date you last used rankings. Do not include advertising IDs or sensitive personal information. We may ask for additional in-app evidence to avoid deleting another player's record.

En el vestíbulo abre Privacidad y datos → Eliminar datos en la nube y cuenta anónima, lee el aviso y confirma por segunda vez. Se eliminan la cuenta anónima de Firebase, el perfil aleatorio y las entradas de clasificación de las cuatro ciudades. Para borrar ajustes y progreso locales, elimina los datos de la app o desinstálala.
